I find Gioia's instructions to be clear. I particularly like when she gives instruction about modifications as they are easy to understand and give me an opportunity to choose an option that best suits my needs in that moment. Gioia's cues are given slowly and clearly which allow time to move into the pose and sets a nice pace.

La lezione di Yoga che ho svolto con l'insegnante Gioia mi ha molto rilassata, lei sà infondere molta tranquillità e mi ha fatto sentire a mio agio. Nella spiegazione è molto chiara.

La lezione che ha tenuto per il mio bimbo di 4 anni è stato un momento piacevole in quanto gli ha insegnato  le posizioni degli animali e a lui è piaciuto molto.

 

E' una insegnante preparata e molto professionale.

I had an individual yoga class with Gioia last year. I was still recovering from a twisted ankle and I had pain in my back.

Gioia took the time to design a class especially tailored for my special needs, I really appreciated that.

 

Also during the class I wasn't flexible at all and getting a bit embarrassed about it and she made me feel comfortable by showing me how to use a yoga block to assist me while doing yoga postures. Another valuable tip she gave me was how to use a tennis ball, it made a huge difference in the recovery of my foot and ankle, and I am forever grateful for that!

I keep doing more and more yoga now and I still use a tennis ball regularly to make sure my foot doesn't get stiff again.

I strongly recommend Gioia as a Yoga Teacher to anyone as she will adapt the class for you .
